These terms govern your use of seotrainingcamp.com. Casey Keith operates the site. If you use the site, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with them, do not use the site.
About the site
SEO Training Camp is the website for a private Facebook group about search engine optimization. The site describes the group, a weekly live call, the Treasure Map to Ranking course, and the PirateSERP software. The site is for information and does not provide professional, legal, or financial advice.
Who can use the site
The site is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. You must give accurate information if you create an account or contact the site owner.
The Facebook group and the Wednesday call
The group runs on Facebook. Group admins approve requests to join. Membership is governed by the Facebook terms, the group rules, and the decisions of the group admins.
- Admins can decline a request or remove a member at any time.
- Admins can change the rules, the schedule of the live call, or the format of the call.
- The live call is for group members. Do not share the Google Meet link with people outside the group.
- Do not record the call or share what members say outside the group without their permission.
The course and PirateSERP
The course is sold on Mastercoursereviews.com. PirateSERP is sold at app.pirateserp.com. Each of those sites has its own terms, prices, billing rules, and refund policy. Those terms apply to your purchase, not these terms. Read them before you buy. This site describes the products but does not sell them.
No guarantee of results
SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside anyone’s control, including search engine changes, competition, and the work you do. The site, the group, the course, and PirateSERP do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Results that members share are individual experiences, not typical results.
Accounts
If you create an account on the site, you are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity under your account. Email casey@seotrainingcamp.com if you think someone else is using your account. The site owner can suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, you must not:
- Break any law or the rights of another person.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or its accounts.
- Upload or distribute malware, or interfere with how the site works.
- Scan, scrape, or copy the site with automated tools in a way that burdens the server.
- Pretend to be another person or organization.
- Use the site to send spam.
Intellectual property
The text, images, videos, graphics, course material, software, and design on the site belong to Casey Keith or its licensors. Copyright and other laws protect them. SEO Training Camp, PirateSERP, and Treasure Map to Ranking are names the site owner uses to identify its group, software, and course.
You can view the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, sell, republish, or build a product from the site or course content without written permission. This applies to videos, screenshots, lessons, and the PirateSERP interface.
If you send feedback or ideas about the site, the site owner can use them without paying you or giving credit.
Content removal requests
Email casey@seotrainingcamp.com if your name, quote, photo, or other work appears on the site and you want it changed or removed. Include the page and the content. The site owner reviews each request and responds by email. To report copyright infringement, include a link to the original work and to the copy on the site.
Links to other sites
The site links to Facebook, Google Meet, Mastercoursereviews.com, PirateSERP, and other sites. Casey Keith does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site owner makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The site owner does not promise that the site is always available, secure, or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Casey Keith is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, and lost business opportunities, even if the site owner knew such damage was possible. The total liability of Casey Keith for any claim related to the site is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply to you only as far as your local law permits.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Casey Keith from claims, losses, and expenses. This includes reasonable legal fees that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Changes and termination
The site owner can change, suspend, or end any part of the site at any time. The site owner can also change these terms. Changes appear on this page, and the Last updated date changes. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the changed terms.
Governing law
The laws of the State of California, United States, govern these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before you file a legal claim, email casey@seotrainingcamp.com and give the site owner 30 days to try to resolve the issue. Any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
General terms
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the full agreement between you and Casey Keith about the site. If the site owner does not enforce a term, that does not waive the term.
